An exploration of how sound affects dream recall, clarity, and states of consciousness.​This inaugural research project invites CIASLI members and choir participants to co-create a simple, low-resource study. Participants will use specific soundscapes before sleep and document their dreams over a 4-week period. We’ll explore whether certain tones, vocal textures, or frequencies consistently support lucid dreaming, emotional integration, or intuitive insights.

🕊️ Future Vision: CIASLI Foundation

We are in the early stages of forming a nonprofit foundation to support CIASLI’s research, outreach, and archival preservation. This foundation will allow us to:

• Apply for grants related to sound, wellness, education, and sustainable tech

• Fund scholarships and stipends for community researchers

• Sustain encrypted archives and public access libraries

• Collaborate with universities, indigenous knowledge keepers, and aligned partners
